TS ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Management System foresees the fulfillment of management commitments related to the establishment of a customer-oriented system, informing the customer about the activities carried out regarding the request/complaint, resolving the complaints and improving the customer service.

Our aim with this management system is not to reduce the number of complaints, but to evaluate each complaint as an opportunity and contribute to our development. Bursa Cement received TS ISO 10002 Certificate in January 2016. All of our work is based on a customer-oriented approach and it is aimed to continue by improving it.
